Return and Exchange Policy
At Kilt 4 Less, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
To avoid unnecessary expenses, please ensure you order the correct items. If the goods delivered do not match your order, notify us on the day of delivery at [email protected], and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
You must inform us of your intent to return within 30 days of receiving the goods. Once notified, you must provide a tracking number for the return shipment. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 48 hours. Please note that the cost of the original delivery will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted if the products meet the following conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
- Products must include all contents, such as screws, instructions, and any additional components.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Made-to-order items
- Customized products
- Special orders
Before ordering, we strongly recommend reviewing the measurement instructions to ensure the correct size is selected. We cannot refund products that are ordered in the wrong size or misfitted.
What Happens If My Order Is Damaged on Arrival?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging for verification. If these steps are not followed, we will be unable to process your claim.
Once the damaged item is received, we will process your replacement or refund within 48 hours.
Faulty on Arrival?
If your product is found to be faulty, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the fault and accompanying photos. Without these details, we will not be able to investigate the issue. Faulty products will be replaced or refunded upon confirmation.
How Do I Return Goods?
Email us at [email protected], and one of our customer service representatives will assist you. You will be issued a return authorization number, which must be included with your return on a separate piece of paper (do not write on the original packaging). Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Ensure that the products are returned in perfect condition with all original packaging and components intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded. Please handle returns carefully to avoid damage during transit.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving the returned item. We will notify you by email once the refund has been completed. Typically, you will see the funds in your account within 1–2 working days after the refund notification.

Additional Notes
If the product is as described, undamaged, and correctly sized but you still wish to return it, you may do so at your own expense. Shipping charges for such returns will not be covered by Kilt 4 Less.
