Shipping and Handling Policy

Standard Delivery

We deal in custom-made orders, which require time for processing. Standard orders take up to 2 weeks for processing and an additional week for delivery. Please allow 21 business days for transit time after your shipment has left our manufacturing department or warehouse. If an item is not available in our stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. Items not currently in stock will take an additional 2 weeks for availability. Updates on merchandise availability will be provided on our website.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number along with the estimated delivery date.

Quicker Delivery / Rush Order

For faster delivery, please use our affordable Rush Service, which offers 7–10 working days for express delivery.

International Shipping

We appreciate the support of our international customers and offer two shipping methods:

• FedEx International Priority:
  • Delivery within 2–5 days after the ship date.
  • Orders include tracking information.
• DHL International Express:
  • Delivery within 4–6 days after the ship date.
  • Orders include tracking information.
